Abstract:	В статията се обяснява значението на IBAN-а като международен номер на банкова сметка, както и задълженията на страните при подаване на платежно нареждане с посочване на IBAN. Подробно е анализирана отговорността при изпълнение на платежно нареждане с грешно посочен IBAN. Теоретичното изложение е илюстрирано с решаването на конкретен практически казус.
