Анализ на електронното правителство чрез модела на Eдуардс - S.H.E.L (Software-Hardware-Environment-Liveware)

Abstract

This article is focused on the characteristic of the e-government and the different as¬pects of research on it. Also the main point of the author’s view is to present and analyze the electronic government through the S.H.E.L. model (Software-Hardware-Environment-Liveware) which was found by professor E. Edwards in 1972 for the organization and proce-dures in aviation.
