Productivity of labor oriented wage policy

Title: Productivity of labor oriented wage policy
Authors: Chobanov, Georgi
Abstract: Main objective of productivity oriented wage policy is the achievement of full employment with price stability preserved. The basic principle of productivity oriented wage policy states that wage has to be increased in the same rate as productivity of labor increases. In this case, increase of wages can not cause inflation. For practical implementation of productivity oriented wage policy limitation guide lines are introduced. Guide lines are designed for employers, employees and government as limitations in their agreements. At labor market they concern changes in wages, social security, working time etc., at public goods market they are for public expenditure, taxes, social costs, at money market limitations on monetary base are imposed.

LE MANAGEMENT STRATÉGIQUE : LES PARADIGMES PRINCIPAUX DE LA RECHERCHE

Title: LE MANAGEMENT STRATÉGIQUE : LES PARADIGMES PRINCIPAUX DE LA RECHERCHE
Authors: Hristova, Miroslava

Title: How to decrease the impact of the world financial crisis, using the Institutional Theory as a support for the improvement of the Administration of Results
Authors: FERREIRA, CARLOS ROBERTO; FILIPE, JOSE BONITO; PEDRO, MARIA ISABEL
Abstract: This study will express how the organization, with all the difficulties of a highly competitive market, yet decapitalized, with a financial debt of short term, can become, in a relatively short period, a model organization in its segment.
The importance and relevance of the theme “Results Improvement” are related to the reality of the industrial enterprises and their difficulty on keeping themselves competitive in a globalized environment. Our intention is to demonstrate that an enterprise will depend on a correct structuring of its human elements, together with a politics of collaborators participation in the process of work, the institutionalization of methodologies focused on results can explain why some organizations survive and others fail or have to link themselves to others. The association of variables described in the study, can be determining for the enterprise success, as we live in the era of knowledge, of the information velocity, of the details … and the ones who can better associate those variables will have a competitive advantage in relation to the other players.

Some examples of Cox processes

Title: Some examples of Cox processes
Authors: Stoynov, Pavel
Abstract: Real data on the number of claims in a certain time interval for an insurance company show that Poisson assumption is not always realistic. Instead, a more general class of processes is used - the class of Cox processes. In this article, examples of Cox processes are considered with mixed Poisson processes, periodic Poisson processes, Markov-modulated Poisson processes and Bjork-Grandell processes among them.
